Meet my Associates
Nicole is a native of Berkeley Co., WV. Having been born and raised in Hedgesville she has also lived in Martinsburg and Huntington, WV. She has her Bachelor's degree in Special Education from Marshall University. Nicole is a member of the Moler Avenue Church of the Brethren and likes spending time with her family and her yellow lab in her spare time. She is a member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors and the Top Producer's Club. She is the office manger, and has been a licensed agent since 2002 and in 2009 she also obtained her Associate Broker's license.
Laurie has been a WV resident since June of 2000. My family and I relocated here from Michigan. I am licensed in West Virginia and Virginia and cover the counties of Berkeley, Jefferson, Hampshire and Morgan counties in WV and Clarke, Frederick, Shenandoah and Warren counties in VA. I have received my Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and am currently working on my Accredited Buyers Rep (ABR) designations. I enjoy helping people find the home or land of their choice. I am involved in animal welfare, a member of ASPCA and the Humane Society, foster dogs and horses on occasion, find shelters that are willing to take in stray dogs, and donate to Animal Rescues. It would be a pleasure to serve you in your Real Estate needs.
Cheryl is married and the mother of two grown children and has one grandson. She is a Berkeley County native now living in Inwood. She is a graduate of Musselman High School. She has been involved with various youth activities where she held many offices. She was an assistant manager for 15 years in a family owned business located in the South Berkeley area. She became a Realtor in 2003 working for RE/MAX. She is a member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors ,The National Association of Realtors and the WV Association of Realtors. She gets pleasure making new friends with all her clients and enjoys making their dreams come true with either purchasing or selling their home or property.
Victoria is a native of Morgan County. She is a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School and a former employee of the WV DOT. Victoria is also an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary and a past president of Unit 60. She is a member of the Berkeley Springs Church of Christ. She is a wife and mother of 2 daughters and has 2 grandchildren. Victoria started selling real estate in November of 2003. She has earned Top Producer Status and is a member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors, WVAR, and the NAR.
Tim Pitzer, Realtor, Team Member
Tim is a native of Berkeley County living in the Hedgesville area with his wife and daughter. He is a graduate of Hedgesville High School and also attended James Rumsey Vocational School. He was self employed for 25 years owning a convenience store in the Back Creek Valley area. He also worked for the United States Postal Service for 20 years. He is also a member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors. Tim received his real estate license and joined Larry DeMarco & Associates in February of 2008.
Sabrena Funk, Realtor, Team Member
Sabrena was born and raised in Morgan County. Upon graduating in 1989 form Berkeley Springs High School, she received her real estate license that summer and has been involved in the business most of her life. She took a hiatus to pursue her national certification and state licensure as a massage therapist and graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage in 1995. In 2004 she came back into real estate full time and received the honor of Top Producer from 2004-2007. She is a member of EPBR, NAR, and WVAR. Her other interests include photography, social activities, and the continued learning of massage and healing. Sabrena believes in taking the stress out of buying and selling ...it should be as easy as a walk in the park!
Ben Fox, Realtor, GRI, Team Member
Ben was born and raised in Morgan County and is a 2001 graduate of Berkeley Springs High School. His family has been in the business since the early 1980’s and he spent many summers in his grand parent’s office seeing how it all worked. He became a licensed Realtor in June of 2004 and has since made Top producer in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007. In May of 2006 he earned his GRI, Graduate of Realtor Institute. He is member of the NAR, WVAR, and EPBR. Ben volunteers with many local organizations and is an active member of the Human Rights Campaign. When not working with buyers and sellers; Ben enjoys gardening, is an avid reader, and deals in antiques. He loves to help people realize their dream of owning a home and aim to make the process as painless as possible.
